Decking Building Materials
I just got an offer on a new deck / patio?
We believe that we have quoted a fair price last night to build a bridge 12 x 16 with 3×3 landing and steps 13. We live in the Washington, DC. The event is the quality, compisite decking maintenance free material. We were quoted $ 11.800. We cite an additional $ 4,000 for a patio adjacent to the brick pavement would include a 6-inch wall retention. Therefore, the entire project is $ 15k and change or 11 800 dollars just for the same platform. Thanks in advance for your comments.
I'm not so much who bought this project, but taking advantage of each estimate, can ……… After all, most estimates are free. I'll be a little office to obtain better prices, because I guess I want to move, but I can save some money if you do. While offerings sure to compare prices for you to compare apples to apples if you know what I mean. Check the identification of the contractor, insurance and payment methods closely. I usually charge 40% at baseline, 50% once completed and if my client is satisfied, then I pay the remaining 10%. This good business practices.
